Standard Support Plan

The standard support plan is provided to you as part of your subscription plan at no additional charge.

Support will be provided free of charge if our products and services are use in accordance with our documentation and if the error have not been caused by third party device, software, or connectivity issue on the customer site.

Access to our support will be limited to 2 designed contacts only. 

Your Designated Contacts shall be responsible for:

  • Overseeing your support case activity

  • Developing and deploying troubleshooting processes within your company

  • Resolving password reset, username and lockout issues for all users

The Support Plans do not include:

  • Assistance with Cloudbizz usernames or password. ( For assistance with usernames, Users should contact their system administrator)

  • Assistance with non-Cloudbizz products, services or technologies, including implementation, administration or use of third-party enabling technologies such as databases, computer networks or communications systems;

  • Assistance with installation or configuration of hardware, including computers, hard drives, networks or printers.
